The Rialto Bridge is an elegant 200 m2 apartment occupying the 5th and 6th floors of a 17th century building just a few yards from the Rialto Bridge, along the Grand Canal’s prestigious Sestriere di San Marco waterfront.
In addition to the spacious entryway, the 5th floor also contains an extremely large and luminous living room with 5 windows offering an exclusive view over a long stretch of the Grand Canal, from the Rialto Bridge all the way to Ca’Foscari University. The same floor also houses a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate master bathroom and an ample kitchen. On the 6th and uppermost floor, which can be accessed by means of a designer staircase, can be found a second double bedroom, which offers a charming view of the venetian rooftops and is also furnished with an en-suite bathroom.
Portions of the typical venetian wood beams have been left in sight following meticulous restoration, as part of an overall renovation effort using materials of exceptional quality and including every modern comfort (air conditioning, WI-FI internet access, etc.).
Due to its size and composition, the Rialto Bridge apartment is ideal for groups of travelers who do not want to sacrifice their individual privacy. It is also perfectly suited to anyone who wants to enjoy splendid views of venetian canals from the comfort of their own apartment.
