How does it work?1) Send a request:
Search, browse and send a request to us. 2) Get an Offer:
We ask the Owner if the property is available and at what price and for how long the offer is valid. We pass this offer on to you. 3) Deposit:
To reserve, you pay a deposit to us, in the Owners' name. We keep it until the check-out day so it's safe with us. Cancellation PolicyIf you cancel or make a No Show (you don't alert and fail to show up), we pass the Deposit on to the Owner.
Sometimes the Owner can instruct us to refund you (especially when you cancel long time before). In this case we will improve his/her search ranking. |
Still not clear?We try to adapt to each market and are flexible enough to understand the Owner's needs.
This generates lot of exceptions in the above rules.
As a result, it's quite possible here we do not cover all cases and that you have some questions.
