What are the roles?

I noticed that in the Managed By profile there is sometimes Owner and sometimes Agency, why is that?

The roles in Adormo are the kind of users:

• Guest
  Reserves an accommodation.
   
• Owner
  Manages one or more accommodations. Can be the real Owner or simply the one who takes care of the place and guests
   
• Agency:
  Manages several accommodations of several Owners.
   
• Agent
  Helps a Manager and reports to him/her. You can call it a sub-manager.

if you are a Manager you will get a notification each time a user changes role.
For instance is an Owner starts cooperating with a Manager he/she may be made an Agent by the Manager.

Or an Owner, once the Manager goes to meet him, will be made Agency because the Manager realized that.

Overall, it's not an important distinction right now but it helps to give a more detailed information to the guest who is reserving a place.

Owner/Agency and Agent for now have the same privileges i.e. they have no more or less power, but it's important to know who you are dealing with.

In the future we may fine grade what each user can see and do.
