It's quite simple.
Let's say you have done your About Us page in English and now you want to make an Italian verion.

Select your dynamic page About Us.

Change the system language from English to Italian. You will find your About Us page completely empty.

You can now fill it with your text as always (in Italian of course).
You can also change Title and Path to Italian, so instead of having "About Us" you can change in "Chi Siamo" (both title and path, the path especially for SEO).
Path = the part which will appear in the URL (good for Search engines)
