2) We’ll give you a call and, if it seems to be interesting for both of us, we will visit you to take a look at the apartment and answer to your questions.
3) We sign the contract (from which you can exit anytime with no penalties).
4) We take professional pictures for free.
5) We prepare a 3D Floor plan for free.
6) We distribute your apartment in several online bookings websites.
7) We deal with reservations requests 24/7 and send you only the confirmed bookings.
In this way you will:
- stop investing valuable time in dealing with the bookings websites.
- deal only with confirmed customers.
- get more bookings.
A few points:
- we don’t do check-ins, cleaning or maintenance.
- we don’t add your apartment only to Adormo and send you customers (i.e. we don’t compete with Airbnb, Booking.com etc..).
- we only accept nice properties costing at least 3000 bath per night, high standard, well cleaned and managed, in central Bangkok.
